Jennifer Hubbard serves as the Superintendent of Natural Areas for Parks and Recreation with the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government in Kentucky. Jennifer holds an MS Degree in Environmental Studies, an MA Degree in Anthropological Studies from the Universidad de las Americas in Puebla, Mexico, and a BA in Spanish from Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, VT.
